Description
Joel Portugal is an 11th-grade student at Maipú National High School, with interests in Mathematics, Programming, and Physics. Awarded a scholarship for having one of the best Simce scores in Estación Central within his generation at 8 years old, he also achieved 4th place among the best artists at the provincial level in Arequipa, Peru, in the junior category in 2016. He is the creator, developer, and designer of the game "Young Silver Cat" (in progress). He participates in the UC Talent Academy and is a great professional player of Chess, Checkers, and Go.
