Description
Javier Vergara is a third-year high school student at Colegio Curimón in San Felipe, with an interest in Economics, Political Science, and Mathematics. He is a student at the UC Talent Academy. Finalist of the Keneth Garshina Undergraduate Students Essay Contest of the Mises Institute AERC 2025, with an article published on the Mises Institute's website. Shortlisted for the John Locke Institute Global Essay Prize 2025. He has been granted scholarships to attend the John Locke Institute's Summer Courses in Princeton, the Summer University of the University of Las Hespérides in Spain, and a seminar at the Ayn Rand Center in Buenos Aires. He has published a translation with Unión Editorial and is currently enrolled in the College Program at the Universidad del Desarrollo.
